UK ORDERS. Cues and cases are sent by courier which normaly takes 2 to 3 working days. Small items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery (unless otherwise stated) which should arrive the next day. Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Some more expensive cues will be sent by faster next day delivery services

Orders received after 3pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.

If you need an items urgently, please call us and we can give you the best option depending on your order.

We accept Worldwide and European orders for all half jointed cues, cases for half jointed cues and most accessories and you can order in the normal way. There is no extra delivery charge for European orders, outside of Europe delivery charges start from £16. Delivery is normally about 1 to 2 weeks by Airmail (depending on Country, local Customs and postal services). Some larger items may have to be sent by Surface Mail which can take 2 to 12 weeks depending on Country (please e-mail if you require more information regarding delivery times to your Country or if you wish to have your order delivered by Courier). We can only send 3/4 cues and cases by Courier, please e-mail for information about delivery of 3/4 cues and 3/4 cases by courier.

Minimum Order Value of £5 applies to all orders.

If your order has not been delivered please check with your local sorting office as the Royal Mail may have already tried to deliver your order and be holding it for you. Please also check with your Countries Customs as they may be holding your delivery for you.

Please supply a contact telephone number with your order (remember to tick the box to share your number with us when ordering), so in the rare event that there is a problem with your order we can contact you as quickly as possible. Your number will not be used for sales calls or passed on to any third parties. Some couriers require a contact telephone number so failure to provide this may delay your delivery.
