The service i received was top class. I needed advice and got a great service from someone who knew what they were talking about but wanted to find the right solution for me, the customer; not which cue would make them the most profit! Then i had an issue over the cue being delivered to my work place, and the specific time & date - again i received above and beyond the service you would expect. I placed an order last Thursday 20/12 at 6pm for a Ronnie O'Sullivan cue RS03, hoping to receive this by the New Year. It arrived on Saturday morning 22/12 at 10.15am, which was not the level of service I was expecting and a totally new experience. Furthermore, the cue itself although only £55 is a real class act.Beautifully made and a Stradivarius compared to the penny whistles which I have been using. I ordered the grade 'A' hand spliced cue on Thursday night and to be honest was not expecting it till the following week, there it was however on Saturday morning at 7.45am (woke me up!) Really pleased, lovely feel and no horrible coating like on most new cues, just silky smooth. Now I have to cut a deal with my partner to let me play today. Many thanks - Darren
