Unlike some competitors, our terms and conditions are simple! Please take a moment to read and print off our conditions of sale.
Goods are not supplied on a trial basis. Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please call 07954 664493 for a return authorisation number. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
Unused, unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be given provided that they are in as new condition, with ALL original packaging, unused and suitable for resale. We do not in any circumstances refund return postage costs.
Always refuse damaged or incomplete packages. Replacement goods can only be sent for faulty goods when we have been notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately. All faulty goods must be returned before a replacement can be sent. If goods have been damaged in the post, you must also include the original packaging with the returned goods. All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and are sent out complete, we can not accept returns where items are incomplete. If you do not want a replacement then this will be treated as an unwanted return and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If faulty goods are returned after 14 days, genuine faulty goods will only be repaired or, at Royal Snooker’s discretion, replaced.
You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods, please send returns recorded or special delivery with return authorisation number and covering letter. If the item is under £25 in value then a certificate of posting from your post office will offer insurance to this value, free of additional charge. We do not refund postage costs in any circumstance.
Signing for registered items accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. Always refuse damaged parcels.
Card holders address and delivery address must be the same on international orders.
We do not deliver to PO box numbers.
Goods are sent Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery unless stated otherwise. Whilst 90% of our orders are sent same or next working day, please allow up to 14 working days delivery for U.K. orders, 21 working days for airmail worldwide and 6-8 weeks for surface mail worldwide (only used for heavy or larger orders when the shipping charge does not cover airmail postage) No orders are sent out Saturday or Sunday.
A signature is required for most items, in the unlikely event that your goods are late, please check with your local sorting office to see if any parcels await collection.
We reserve the right to choose method of shipping.
